Transfer of a student is allowed only when a vacancy occurs at CSIA
Once a vacancy is announced on the CSIA homepage, students who seek to be transferred to CSIA should submit all the required documents by the deadline specified in the opening and get ready to take a transfer exam
When a transfer test is provided, almost all applicants will be telephoned to be given a chance to take the test unless there is some severe problem with the applicant
If an applicant is judged to be incapable of handling the CSIA coursework based on the records from the previous schools attended, the applicant will be notified that he or she will not be given a chance to take the exam.
If transfer test results indicate a big gap in scholastic ability between applicants and current CSIA students, there might be no applicant to be admitted (as decided by the CSIA admissions committee.)
Acceptance could be cancelled if any submitted document is found to have been falsified
Any other issue not addressed in this guide is subject to a decision by CSIA admissions committee.
